The Pigeon Palace is a residential building with six units occupied by tenants of the San Francisco Community Land Trust. To learn how we were able to get our building purchased by SFCLT, read the history. All vacancies and housing opportunities arise through the SFCLT and the city-mandated lottery system called DAHLIA.

Pigeon Palace, Inc. is also a California not-for-profit corporation (501(c)3) and gladly accepts donations to support our building.
